The location of this place is excellent, as it is near the bus terminal and most sightseeing locations. The service here is top-notch, with English-speaking receptionists who are very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities that I needed. The breakfast buffet offers a small variety of tasty western food. I had a lovely stay here.
I recommend this hotel to others.

Great location - easy to get to all the key sights, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel relaxed. the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly - they even let us check in early! the food was decent and the view from the room was pleasant.
The lobby area is often filled with smoke which can be quite unpleasant. the shower cabin was poorly designed and caused water to leak all over the bathroom floor.

The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in. The breakfast had a diverse selection. The room was really good, with a comfortable bed and necessary amenities. The hotel provided pick-up service.

The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right in front and within walking distance to the bus station. the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and well-decorated with necessary amenities. the restaurant serves good food and coffee along with the option of room service. Complimentary pick-up service and friendly front desk staff.
Language barrier with some restaurant staff made it difficult to order food.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel in Shangri-La, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. The clean and well-maintained rooms were a highlight of our stay. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
there were no clear guidelines regarding smoking in public areas, and we occasionally encountered unpleasant smoke in the lobby and other communal spaces.

We had a fantastic stay! Clean rooms, friendly and English-speaking staff, peaceful area, and convenient bus station nearby. The hotel provided a pick-up service from the airport and an affordable hotpot buffet. Great location for exploring the city's sights!
